Excerpt from the General Terms and Conditions of Burg Rothenfels:

These are package prices; no reduction is possible for late arrival or early departure.

*Discounts are available on conference fees, accommodation and meals for persons up to and including 26 years of age and persons in training, studying or voluntary service, as well as recipients of social assistance.

** The special price for 2026 is an offer for anyone who is unable to pay the full conference fee due to the rising cost of living and can be claimed without proof. This price only covers part of our corresponding personnel and room costs.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation of your registration is possible free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the conference. After that, a cancellation fee equal to the conference fee will be charged. In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee equal to the full amount of the total costs.

Direct debit: If you pay by SEPA direct debit, your account will usually be debited on the day the event begins. Costs incurred due to incorrect customer data provided by participants, unjustified revocation or insufficient funds in the account shall be borne by the account holder.
