ActaLauris: Call for Papers
ActaLauris, a Spanish online journal specialised on various aspects of the Renaissance culture has published a new call for papers. The upcoming issue is dedicated to Barbara Sparti (1932 - 2013) one of the most influential researchers in 15th- and 16th-century dance. After our last symposium in 2016 dedicated to Barbara, we are happy to see that various other organisations continue the efforts to keep the memory of her and her research alive.

Come and follow Alan Jones into the kitchens of the Este court in 16th-century Ferrara, where famous cooks not only noted delicous meals and extravagant "collazioni" but provided valuable information about the practical organisation of balls and danced interludes. Buon appetito!
